Please include your iOS version, Zonometry version and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful, but you can hide personal health details.
How do I connect Apple Health?
Tap Connect Apple Health when you first open Zonometry, or open Settings → Apple Health. Choose the data you want to share. You can try an example week before connecting.
Why are heart-rate zones empty?
Check that heart-rate readings exist for the selected dates in Apple Health and that Heart Rate access is enabled for Zonometry. In Apple Health, open your profile → Apps → Zonometry. Then return to Zonometry and refresh from Settings → Apple Health. Workouts can exist without heart-rate samples.
How do I change my zones and targets?
Open Zonometry’s Settings to adjust your heart-rate limits, minimum heart rate and training targets. Automatic estimates are a starting point; you can enter your own values.
Can I include everyday activity?
Yes. Settings lets you choose recorded workouts or all-day heart-rate readings. Only available readings contribute; the app does not invent readings for gaps.
How do I turn off weather?
Open Settings → Weather and turn it off. You can also choose a city instead of sharing your approximate location.
What happens when I disconnect Health?
Zonometry clears its loaded Health data. Your original Apple Health records and permissions stay unchanged. To change permissions, open Apple Health → your profile → Apps → Zonometry.
Do I need an account or subscription?
No. Zonometry is free and does not require an account.
